Basic structure and working principle:
1. Rack section:
The four pillars are precision machined from seamless steel pipes with a diameter of 108 × 8, and the geometric dimensions of the four fixed channel steels all comply with national standards. The entire frame is firm and reliable, with good safety and stability.
2. Hair removal roller section:
The rotary roller is made of seamless steel pipe with a diameter of 108 × 4 after precision machining and drilling. The rubber rod fixed on the rotary roller is made of nitrile rubber, which is non-toxic, odorless, flexible, and has a long service life. It not only ensures the hair removal effect but also reduces the defect rate.
3. Transmission system:
The total composition of the hair removal rollers in this equipment is two rows, each driven by a 4kw-4 vertical motor. Through a V-belt and chain transmission, the upper and lower rows of hair removal rollers rotate relative to each other, thereby achieving the purpose of hair removal. The transmission bearing adopts high-quality 1207 self-aligning bearings, which operate smoothly and have low noise.
4. Adjustment system:
Four adjustment screws can increase or decrease the distance between the upper and lower rows of hair removal roller assemblies to meet the hair removal needs of ducks of different sizes.
5. Outer cover:
The sprocket cover, motor cover, and upper cover are all made of bent and welded steel plates with a δ=1.2 ratio, which are firm, reliable, and aesthetically pleasing.
6. Spray system:
Composed of a set of water pipes and fittings, spraying hot water with a certain temperature not only improves the hair removal effect, but also ensures the timely removal of feathers
Testing and maintenance:
1. Before conducting a single machine test, it is necessary to check whether the bolts in each part are loose and whether the specified lubricating grease has been applied to each lubrication part. Only after confirming that there are no problems with each part can the test be conducted.
2. When the hair removal machine is working, the motor should pay attention to moisture-proof and waterproof measures. When cleaning the equipment, it is strictly prohibited to spray water on the motor.
3. The following areas need to be regularly inspected and treated
A: Is there any defect in the hair removal glue stick? If so, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
B: Check if the triangular belt of the motor is loose and tighten it in a timely manner.
C: Check if there is any water ingress or damage to the bearing seat, and replace it in a timely manner, otherwise it may cause adverse chain reactions.
Lubrication and maintenance
Each bearing seat and column slide sleeve are equipped with grease fittings, and it should be ensured that the bearings and slide sleeves are lubricated regularly (once a week). Ordinary mechanical oil should be used for lubrication at the adjustment screw and chain.
