The maintenance of poultry slaughtering equipment is crucial for the production of slaughtering assembly lines. The poultry slaughtering assembly line may experience some normal wear and tear during the production process. Therefore, maintenance is particularly crucial. 1. Maintenance method for the head motor:
 
The slaughtering assembly line must not allow the motor to enter water, as this may cause damage to the motor and affect its use. It will also shorten the service life of slaughtering equipment.
 
2. Maintenance methods for chains:
 
The chain of the slaughtering assembly line may cause the original lubricating oil to heat up and evaporate after long-term operation, which can easily cause the chain of the slaughtering assembly line to be unbalanced, noisy, and crawling during operation. Add butter or thicker lubricating oil to the chain.
 
3. Repair and maintenance methods for the reduction gearbox of the slaughtering assembly line machine head:
 
After about three months of use, drain the engine oil from the gearbox, clean it with diesel or gasoline, and add new lubricating oil to the middle of the observation window immediately. You can change the lubricating oil once a year in the future. Too much lubricating oil may cause the gearbox to heat up, and excessive motor load may cause the motor protection switch to trip. Too little lubricating oil may cause the gearbox to heat up, increase noise, and cause the gearbox to freeze and be scrapped.
